Our Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will accept a return for any reason, or no reason at all! At LeatherPillowFactory.com, we take great care to make sure that you are satisfied with your shopping experience, and the products that we offer. All our pillows are made to order at our Northern California facility. While this takes a little bit more time, it is the best way to present a high quality product at outstanding, factory direct pricing. If, within the first 14 days of receiving your pillows from us, you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it for a full refund of your purchase price, or replacement of the item, your choice-(refund excludes all shipping charges). If your reason for returning the pillow is a mistake on our part, we will cover shipping charges, and replace the item with the correct item at no additional cost to you. Orders placed using a credit card that are canceled prior to shipment but after the order has been processed may be subject to a card processing fee.
A NOTE ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS: There are no returns on custom color leathers or custom size pillow orders, unless they are purchased directly from our "Online Specials and Closeouts" page. We will only accept return of items that are a part of our regular catalog. However, we welcome special orders and will work very closely with you to make sure you get the leather pillow you want!

Our Product Guarantee:
All our pillows are made from the finest materials and processes. We guarantee our pillows to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If within the first year it fails in any way, please return it for repair or replacement. Please understand that this guarantee does not cover damage from: excessive abrasion, scratches, cuts, punctures, weathering, fire or water damage or damage of any kind, intentional or accidental. Basically, if our product fails, we’ll cover it. If it gets damaged, worn out or abused, we won’t. However, many damaged pillows can be repaired, so if you have a problem, please contact customer service at: Info@leatherpillowfactory.com
